Interchange: Fees charged by payment card issuers for each transaction processed (please visit the Visa and MasterCard websites for up-to-date rates).
Payment Card Association Fees: Fees charged by Visa and MasterCard for the use of their transaction processing systems and for the development of their services.
Acquisition costs: Costs agreed with your card acquirer, generally in the form of a fixed amount and a percentage for each transaction.
Interchange and Payment Card Association fees may vary depending on the characteristics of each transaction and the type of card used, while RuckPay acquiring fees do not change. For any merchant selling for less than €250,000 per year, RuckPay and its payment partner charge the following fees:

Basic Commercial Payment Gateway Offer:
- €20 per month excl. tax
- Authentication request (3DS): free of charge
Payment Card Acquisition Fees (all excl. tax):
- 0.75% for all Visa and MasterCard transactions
- 0.20€ fixed costs per transaction
- Chargeback: €20
- Refunds : €0.35
